By accessing or purchasing from the LwoodScapes online store, you agree to the following terms.

Products and Artwork

LwoodScapes offers original artwork, fine art reproductions, prints, and related art products.

Because artwork and reproductions are produced and handled individually, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur between the product shown online and the physical product received. Colors may also appear differently depending on the customer's monitor or device.

Orders

By placing an order with LwoodScapes, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, billing information, shipping address, email address, and payment information.

LwoodScapes reserves the right to decline or cancel an order when necessary, including when an item is unavailable, an error has occurred in product or pricing information, or there is a problem processing the order.

If an order is canceled after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Pricing and Availability

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

LwoodScapes makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, pricing, and availability information are accurate. If an error is discovered, we reserve the right to correct the information and, when appropriate, cancel an affected order.

Payment

Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be fulfilled.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

LwoodScapes insures products while they are being shipped. If an order arrives damaged, customers should contact LwoodScapes within 14 days of delivery at lwoodscapes@gmail.com and retain the original artwork, shipping box, and packaging.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the LwoodScapes Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible prints and fine art reproductions may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in the Return & Refund Policy.

Original paintings and original artwork are final sale, except when an original artwork arrives damaged during shipping.

Intellectual Property

Artwork, photographs, product images, written content, logos, designs, and other materials displayed on the LwoodScapes website are owned by LwoodScapes or are used with appropriate permission.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LwoodScapes is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including shipping delays, carrier disruptions, severe weather, or other events beyond our control.

Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to limit any rights or protections provided to consumers under applicable law.
